Orders and Shipping
Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business day for urban and 5-8 business days for rural locations. The shipping time also depends on the location of the warehouse in proximity to buyer’s shipping address.

Once the order has been placed you have 30 minutes to change the shipping address otherwise our system will dispatch the order to the originally provided address.
We do not keep credit card information in our system, we used PayPal for our payment processing may store your information depending on your account set up.
Yes, we charge sales tax based on the shipping address.
We provide free shipping Canada Wide on all orders over $59 (some exceptions apply).
We ship from various warehouses across Canada, the packaging depends on the item.
If you need to return or exchange an item
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or would like an exchange, we allow returns within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Simply contact us by phone or email and we can get it sorted out.
Tracking number is provided with all shipping methods. You will be notified of your tracking number via email once your item has been shipped.
You must contact us directly via email or phone to obtain an RMA # within 30 days of the order delivery date.
